All Competitive Middletown Youth Soccer Club players are required to wear a complete uniform (Royal Blue Home Top, White Away Top, Royal Blue Adidas Shorts & Socks) as part of representing our club. It's important to ensure that your uniform is in order and properly maintained. Our custom-made uniforms are ready to order online, providing a seamless experience for outfitting your player.

Middletown Youth Soccer Club is proud to offer a yearly Education Grant to high school graduates who have shown exceptional dedication to the club.
This grant is available to students with a strong record of volunteerism, leadership, and community involvement within MYSC. It must be used for educational or training expenses at an accredited university, college, or trade school.
As an all-volunteer sports club, we rely on the support and involvement of our community. Whether you'd like to join our coaching staff, become a board member, sponsor our teams, help at the concession stand, or have a new idea on how to contribute, we welcome your help!
